
I was 113 kilos on 20th June 2018.
Today I am 105 kilos. Lost 8 kilos in 3 months just by following Diet of small meals through out the day and rarely eating anything post 9 PM. I already feel better. Gym starts once I go below 100 kilos weight. Gotta get my cardio in place. Target is to hit the 100 before Diwali. Lets do this.
